Rayon embroidery thread where in Australia can we get 4000 or 5000 metre spools? Of good quality of course.

I but my Marathon thread here in Sydney , they stitch out really well.I now buy all the colours I use a lot in the larger spools.You can ask for a colour chart ,I got mine for free.

Marathon is supposed to be a pretty good brand, I haven't used it myself. You could do a Google search for it.
Personally I like like Madeira Rayon very much, so colours I use a lot of, I buy 5,000 mt spools from AllStitch. Even with the postage it is worth it to have a great thread that doesn't shred or break, especially Black, 3 different shades of white, a fabulous Christmas red and green.

meganne, can we get color code #'s for the colors you metioned. I got a great start when you posted the sale from shoppersrule, now I have to fill in the blanks, and the colors you mentioned is a good start! thank you!

half way between Kilcoy and Kingaroy and I have a friend around that area. oops he is male but he will pick anything up for hubby and I. will check it out. Have you used the Marathon?

I have used marathon polyester, not rayon, I have had no problems with the poly.

Kezza not rayon but i can get polly for $5 3000mtr here in sydney :)

The brand is Gem. Go to happyembroidery.com.au. Sarva will post express and he has a color booklet for $15 so you can match up with the brands you have. Hope this helps. Hows Benarkin. Cold there yet?
