It is called Fairy Frost it has shiny patches through it. It is 100% cotton. Hugs Joyce

Yes it has a little poucn in the back would fit jewlery or gift card. It measures 4x4 inches.There is 10 front designs in the pack. Flowers horse dog cat heart and many others. Hugs Joyce
