Hi Viki, I tried contacting the sewing machine company and/or the software company for patches. I found what I was looking for.
Can you contact your software website on line?

Why do you need to update the software? Will it not work the way it is? If it was working before and you are familiar with that software I am sure it would be a lot less stressful to use it.
When there is a will -- with Gods help -- there is always a way.
