O.K.I have not got an Bernina Embroidery Machine but love the cut work needle and designs,so maybe a cutie will know is it possible to use on my Brother Innov-is I,I think called Quattro in other countries..I would love to have a try if so ..

Is the Bernina design on an embrodery card or in the machine (built in)? If on an embroidery card and in the PES format (which is what Bernina used to use), yes, you can use it in the Quattro (with the purchase of a card reader - not sure why they did not build in with that much of a machine - but alas, they did not - I had to buy separately). If it is built into the machine then that design would not be able to be used in the Quattro. I know there are cut work designs for sale - although I have never bought/used one.
