you have been missed Lyn, I was wondering about you I hope you are feeling 100% soon & that gives you more recuperating time before your machine comes back like you good as new! Hugs Loralye
Thanks Loralye. Will feel better when I can find my repair man, How dare he go away when I need him.
I'm waiting on two parts for mine with one part out of stock and in desperation I bought a repair manual and it is now stitching a perfect stitch. Haven't got brave enough to put the embroidery unit on but sure happy to be able to sew and use all the built-in stitches. Have got lots of other things done so must have needed the break from crafting. Your repair person probably needed a vacation from all the repairs he does. lol
Your machine repair man is away on purpose - so you can recouperate properly before it is fixed and you go full tilt again!
I am doing those things that hold you up while sewing, like cutting my WWS just to the right size etc.
Hi Lyn - I was wondering where you were and wondered if you had taken yourself off to some sunny spot for a bit of winter warmth, like Bali or somewhere like that.
Sorry to hear you're not too well and I hope that you're now on the mend.
AlmaG.
Hi Alma, Bali doesn't interest me. If I was going away it would be to Europe but think those days are gone.
Sorry to hear you have not been well. Hope you will soon be on the road to recovery. Also hope you can trace down that repair man and get him to fix your machine. Hugs Shirley
Nice to see you back. Hope both you and your machine are running on full steam very soon.
Sorry to hear you're not 100%. Glad to see you are back and I hope you find a place to bring your machine back to 100% soon too!
Diane
When I get my machine fixed - If I ever do. You will not see me for a while as I will be busy sewing.
Wondered where you were? Thought you may have gone on 'Around the World Cruise'!!!lol- shame your not 100% but you will be as soon as you get your machine fixed!! ;)
Hugs
Marie
Hope you are fit as a fiddle real soon. As for the repair man, someone needs to show him how to leave an outgoing message that he is on holiday. Hugs. Nan W
I don't know that he is on Holidays. I just suspect that he is. I agree about the outgoing message. It is the Not Knowing .
I hope soon you will be 100% again. How frustrating that your machine man has not returned your calls. He could have at least changed his answering system to say he would be unavailable to such and such a date. Hope he returns your call soon. Hugs, Mary
Well I guess you'll just have to take things easy for a while if you aren't feeling 100% & your baby is sick too.
We have missed you so get back to feeling better soon and wish I could tar and feather that repair man of yours. But I guess first I would have to find him.............
Lyn, how frustrating not to know - at least if you had an idea - you could work around it - I hope you get feeling better and your machine gets repaired and you are back 100% really soon. I have missed you.
Shirlene, I am so frustrated that I thought I might buy another machine. Have rung around and no one has the one I want. Think someone is telling me something. Rang where I bought mine and they suggested taking it to a certain place and I know My girlfriends say NEVER take your machine there to have it fixed. Back to square 1. Guess I will just have to be patient.
Good to see you on here Lyn. I love the beautiful roses you have been doing. It's very frustrating waiting for our babies to be repaired isn't it? I've been trying all morning to check on mine, but the line is busy! I think they've taken the phone off the hook as Maarten only got back yesterday and there were over 20 machines waiting to be serviced! Love Chris
Chris, it is the not knowing that is frustrating me. I have friends want me to do things for them.I am doing all of those odd jobs (for my machine work) so that when I do get my machine fixed I can just steam ahead. Have also been tossing up if I should go out and buy another machine then sell this one when it is fixed. If only I could win X Lotto.
