3 towels and 1 blanket.

Every year an acquaintance of mine is host to one or more children from the Chernobyl area. This year too she asked me to embroider a couple of gifts.
The top left towel has Pluto - a design built in my Brother 190D. The botttom right has an old Husqvarna design. The other too are mine.
The lettering is always a challenge. I downloaded a free font, called Kremlin, from 1001FreeFonts and went from there.

Your towels look great. You did great on the ones your designs too. I also want to thank you for telling us where you got your fonts. I am going to check out that site as I seem to need fonts that I don't have every now & then.

---- I just went to the site and it is not for machine embroidery. It would be great for someone that know how to digitize like mops does though.

Sorry I did not make that clear.
Funny thing is the font is a complete set, but I could not access the ´foreign´ letters in my software so I had to improvise after all.

That designs was an exercise in using the outline tool when I just had Embird. I should have done it with a tablet, instead I used the mouse, which took a lot of time.

It is alwasy important not to forget the siblings. I do love the cats. It is always a good idea to have the names printed so to stitch them correctly. Beautiful work.

There's always a blanket for 'her' child to use on the return journey plus a towel and a present for siblings. Then there's one of the other Russian children who is having a birthday on Thursday.
