I see here you received lots of help and that you followed through and posted in projects, too.
From this main link, when you start to read the article, click on the pink link, which takes you to apage with all Gail's 175 tp designs! Could not make a direct link.
And, check out her tips page, will give you some pictures directions, woptimum needle size, and a zip file for a placement stitch so you can try one for yourself with your own designs.
Here is another tutorial about embroidering on toilet paper.
Link below.
I do it all the time. I put cutaway stabilizer behind it then trim the excess stabilizer away. Wrap around the roll of TP and a few pieces of scotch tape to hold it on. Take the cardboard out first and put Tp up from inside and they can actually use it if want to. then they can ccarefully cut the Tp where you taped it in back and put on another roll. Most people just leave it and never use it. Love to do them for any occasion. I use 2 strips of TP each with 4 sheets one on top of the other with the cutaway under it. Hoop cutaway not TP. Just lay TP on top and center it. sometimes I put tulle around it after finished with a nice bow and or flowers, depending on what the occation is. People love it and I sell many at my shows. Emblibrary has a great tutorial but they do not take TP off roll and only use one layer of TP I prefer taking it off the roll and use 2 layers. I think I found a cute saying here under designs by cuties says something like in case you get Crap for Xmas. It shows the word crap but actually they use another word I can't remember so I just skip over their word and put in crap. then I wrapped some in red and some in green netting and put Xmas ribbins and flowers around the top. Sold them first thing. I prefer using the better TP as I feel it works best. Good Luck. It's fun. Hope you understand this all. Hugs
I've done a few. My nephew-in-law counts his manatee on TP as a prize part of his collection. You have to choose tp that is thicker-not single ply- start 5-6- squares from the end. Hoop a cutaway stabilizer, and use basting spray to hold the paper down. After embroidering the design, cut the stabilizer to the edges of the tp and fold those first edges under.
I have never had a lot of lint-perhaps from the quality of the tp. You'll see many at craft fairs, and they seem to sell well as gag gifts.
This is hysterical! I hope people would have the common sense not to use it, and if not...to tear off the embroidery part before using...
I have done it several times as a gag gift for guys.......Some of the sayings and you can make up your own to suit the person are really funny. They have always gone over very well. I have also seen some really pretty designs for ones bathroom.
hee hee.... I've seen this....but no I won't be doing it. I have enough with all my other stuff, and I bet my cantankerous machine would gag!

Why would you want to embroider on toilet paper? - what would you do with it!
Decoration for the bathroom, and because apparently we'll embroider on anything that sits still. Just don't let anyone USE it, hee hee hee.
Same reason anyone would embroider on a BBQ/Smoker cover or a Lawn Mower cover -because they can, LOL! I did embroider on the bag for my mulcher.... :)
I have watched the tutorials below and find each very interesting. Hope you enjoy your next project.
