Embroidery library has a free PDF pattern for a wall hanging for your hoops. It is on Kennys project pages. Hugs Joyce
I have found to make the pockets the size you need for your hoops. You can then store pieces ready for hooping, and keep your rolls out of site till needed. I also have one for my hoops.

Maybe the larger rolls you could take some of the stabilizer from the roll and place in the holder so you have it more accessible and store the larger roll elsewhere. Just an idea!!
I think "michemb " on cuties made one, may be you could ask her on the private, section.

Instead of elastic why not make horizontal pockets (slightly narrower than the base fabric) by looping and stiching down every few inches. You can use a thick roll for placement of the stitching lines so the pockets would accomodate the rolls. You can make this to go over a door or on a wall.I have seent this with the names of the type of stabilizers embroidered on the pockets and it was pretty, but IMHO I would never be putting them in the right pockets! Better for me to make flowers or sewing designs, then I don't have to think about which pocket it goes back into!
It sounds great. For the rolls that are heavier you could use another method.
