Thank you Cuties. Your appreciation & well wishes mean heaps to me. Love & flowers to you all. Lyn. xx
Congratulations! I also did a Market last weekend. They are trying to revive one that was on its last legs but just 5 minutess from me. I just had to go other wise if we don't turn up it might fold. I took only $25 but fingers crossed that it will become what it used to be with change of management.
Congrats Lyn, that's great. There was certainly a great variety of things there over a range of prices, many ideas for the future. I think I saw most of yours but didn't see you. xx Bev.
In the long run after you figured in the price of the blanks and your time do you feel you made a profit?
way to go - makes you want to do another one. I have never done a show - I think I get frigtened away by what others say they do or don't do at these shows. I do like to attend them when I am able - just like to look. LOL
Congratulations! I'm happy for you.

Congratulations - that is a nice sum - especially for a first show. We get "juried" next week for a show we are hoping to get into this fall. We have already been working on building stock with the hope we are "in" (I work full time so I have so little time for the fun stuff - sewing).
Great....I do only 2 a year now. But do sell online.
Hugs Joann
Good job!.... especially if that was after expenses, etc. I never do more than one of a kind of anything. People like that. I would be interested in knowing about what you charged, and how much you started with.
I don't know which is best -- a lot at low prices, or just a few with higher prices.

or how about abit of both, I had good luck doing that @ mine, Hopefully you will too! I made the pencil toppers & the fridge magnets & alot of kids bought these! Hugs Loralye
So glad you did well selling, Lyn! For a first show, I think that was great!!
Hugs, Angel
That is so exciting & fantastic for your first show & especially in this economy....Congrats, on your success!!!
Well done! I'm thinking of risking one near to Christmas.
My advice is do it at least once. Then you know. I did things with friends & family in mind thinking if they didn't sell I'd use them as pressents. Good luck. xx
Besides... with the amazing ideas you come up with, you'll sell the lot & get orders. PS - thanks for sharing those amazing ideas. Lyn. xx
Very Good. It's lovely to sell well and if you save time using blanks even better. Jan
Lyn that is a fantastic result. My question is also: What was the bestseller?
Greetings, Bettina
Best seller was hand towels, tea towels & toilet paper. I used assorted designs from everywhere & only made one of each. Sorry, I know that doesn't help much, I just used what I liked. xx
Excellent tally, Lyn. What had you put on those things that sold the best?
terrific, always great when people appreciate our craft
hugs
Michelle
Congratulations on such a great result. Love and blessings Chris
