I have been MIA for the last 3 days, as my 2nd grand daughter was born within 2 weeks and I have been having baby overload. What a fun way to go. This is my daughter's 4th child and my 5th grandchild and it just doesn't get old! She weighed 9lb 13oz and was 22 inches long. Big girl!

She is beautiful! How is your daughter doing? She is really a big girl. There is nothing that can make a home happier than to bring new life into it! I was cheated out of grand-babies! My only son married a whole family. His youngest grand-son was only a month old when he married his wife. I have enjoyed him the most because the other 2 children were a bit older and had grannies and great grannies that they were already used to having around, however the baby barely remembers either of them. He is now 3 and the other two are 6 and 7. They are great children but the youngest is the only one that I got to hold and feed and change diapers! The baby finally came up with a name for me when he started talking. Brayden named me MaMa Linda and it stuck with all 3 of them. He is my snuggle baby! It looks as if I might just be getting 2 more boys, 5 and 7. The oldest grandaughter is serious and even talking marriage with the guy she has been dating for 4 yrs. Brandi is the one with the oldest GGrand..Raeleigh 7. Brittney just 26 has the two younger children Brayden and Jayden and she and the boys have been back home with MaMa and my son almost 3 yrs. My son just did not know what he was getting into when he married that family! hehehe He did not get married until he was 41! He is making up for all lost time!

Congratulations on the 2 additions to your family. I'm sure you will be MaMa Linda to them too very soon. I remember when you said your son married. He jumped into the deep of the pool right away! ;)

Thank you all for looking and for your sweet comments. This is before she was 24 hours old and I am just now realizing how jaundiced she is ~ it makes her look tan. We are sunning her (though a filtered window) to help get rid of the excess biliruben.
