Has anyone else purchased the Owl Applique Font from Cute alphabets! I paid yesterday and it's there in my download center and every time I try to download all I get is "404 not found" I have sent three messages to the help center with no result except a ticket number.. This is disappointing as my daughter wanted to take a gift to work with one of the initials. Too late now, I'm sorry I bothered!

Oh, so sorry this happened! It's always best to post any embroidery-related or Cute site related questions here, you'll get help a lot faster. I know this site is being worked on, so maybe that was the problem with Cute Alphabets, too. I hope you'll find another use for that cute font in the future. Hugs, Marji

I originally posted this question in the personal messages in error and was told to try here so if anyone reads it twice....The Owl Font shows in my download center with the other alphas I have bought in the past. While the earlier ones will all download this one won't.
