I found it. Thanks anyway!

When you get to the page with the angel, click on order, and follow directions. Sign up for her newsletter, and she will let you know when the next one comes out.

You have to register; sign up, to become a member to receive her month newsletter, in order to download the free designs. Her designs are great quality, well worth signing up for, if you are not a member already!
