It appears you have your answer so I will leave you with a *
This is the smaller of the Medical Caduceus I found at Sew Forum. You have to sign in and then come back to this link.
Thank you Sewromantic. Perfect and I found a Medical Caduceus at Sew Forum that might be sized small enough to fit.
I have these that you can add writing to and are very easy.

Still interested in finding a bracelet for a diabetic.
Thank you for trying to help. I do appreciate it. Sounds like there might be an interest, so maybe one of our talented digitizers could make one, as long as it isn't breaking any rules
Sorry are you asking me if I am still interested, if so then yes? I took it that you were still trying to find one.
Yes still looking also. I know I've seen one somewhere and just can't visualize the site.
I am surprised the whole lot of them aren't available somewhere. I am sure they will be soon. I would take the comfort of embroidery over a cast metal bracelet any day.LLDS!
I have some bracelets here:

What about doing one of the medical alert emblems and them putting diabetic on it. Make it big enough that you can sew the sides of it up and then turn it and run the elastic through that then sew it together like you would in the waist of a pair of pants. Hope this make sense.
I will be interest on this too, my daughter is a diabetic, and looks like I am one too now!!! when I had it before I dran lots of gallons of aloe vera juice and it work amazingly, now 30 years later seems like I will have to go back to the aloe vera!!!!!
A couple weeks ago I made a leg bag holder for an insulin pump. Will check back to see what is found. Will also make her a bracelet to go along with the small mini clip bag.
I made a purse for my great niece who is a brittle diabetic to carry her pump in. I also attached a hook similar to what you have so she could hook on her belt loops.
I saw the lady had an ace bandage with a stringy tie and some tape. Said that when she wore a dress or had no pockets that was what she came up with. Was told she like forest greens. I actually have never seen the pump but she texted me the size. The clip bag is so she can find her candy quicker.
The clip bag is so she can find her candy quicker. Which was at the bottom of an extra large purse.
Goodness! I just asked a question about sewing on elastic! That would work for diabetics too. I'm using the black 3/4" non roll waist band elastic. Mine are for a group of football officials, but you could use something besides black & white. I did find it's easier to use tear away hooped, tape the elastic in the hoop, then use my design moveing thing on the machine until I get it in the middle. But if your machine doesn't do that, you can be sure it's centered by using the marks on the hoop as you are taping it down.
Great minds thing alike and we are both Gerry/Jerri's...too funny. I didn't think about elastic, that's a good idea.
Thank you Gerryb from Jerrib

Now if Gerry VB had the same idea, it's really spooky!! LOL! I've seen some really pretty colors in that elastic..but online, not in the stores. Google "no roll waist band elastic" & several sites will come up. The price is good..but the shipping kills you!
I remember seeing wrist braclets for the different cancers. I will look around.
I have also, but not embroidered. Just thought it would be something unique and different.
