I am counting this one as complete, even though I am gonna have to color the white with crayon or paint. it already has a stain (the red on front bottom). It is Martine's eye glass case. My first and I am happy with it, I used heavy drapery lining so I covered the back and the part that would show in the front.

173695Here is the link to Martine's Butterfly Glass Case. It is fun to make. I just glued the outer corners to hold the cover fabric over the back which is nicer then a full glue which wrinkles.

119791It's amazing how different they look when a different fabric combination is used. Seeing so many glass cases I find it hard to believe I designed the pattern. Thanks for showing your take on it, the purple fabric looks fabulous and using crayons may give yet another effect!
