I was told that the designer asked him to put a few up to buy as she did not have any sales so far this month and was hoping some would purchase them. I did post this for everyone, but it was a few days back now.

This is why I quit going to his sites. Its a form of blackmail. There are other sites out there to buy from where they don't expect you to purchase a few alphas to complete a set.

whole set. He replied saying "good point & I will put it up now" & quoted the price, so I'm off to see if it's there now. So if you want to complete the set this looks like the only way to do it. I must say although I'm grateful for any freebies I'm a bit disappointed but understand the reasons given.
