Help computer smart folks! I've been trying to download the new alpha at Britt's & when I click on the blue line "download" all I get is the little hand has an ! mark in the middle of a yellow star like thing. Nothing happens. Happened also on another site. What does that mean? I love the alpha, but can't get it. Tks, Gerry B

Looks like you are buying a laptop.

I have had this happen in the past. Right click on it and select open in new window and it will usually open and download.

I can not test it for you because it looks like as if one has to belong to the Yahoo group. You night want to try another browser. Explorer refuses often to download something even from companies where I had paid for it. I am sure it is in my settings but you could try that.
