did you sign in to your account and check under the previous orders, it may be there. and you can download anytime in the future if it gets lost. hope this was the only problem

Sorry you're having problems. First, a problem like this would get more help faster in the Public area, there's nothing wrong with posting problems with the site or sister sites in Public, to get quicker help. Having said that, I don't know the answer. Are you talking about the Cute Alphabets site? Do you have a copy of your PayPal confirmation number? First, try 'contact us' on the site you're having trouble with, and give as much information as you can, including your sign in name, the number and description of what you purchased, and your e-mail. Be sure you use the same information you signed up with, sometimes that has been a problem on this site with the memberships, people are using different e-mail addresses. I will check back later, to see if you've been successful. Remember there's a time difference, I don't know where you're located, but there could be 6 hours difference in time one way or the other, or more if you're in Australia. Sorry for the problem, hope it's fixed by the time I get back, but she needs ALL your information to fix it. Hugs, Marji
