I have been talking about purchasing blanks and embroideriny on them and finally give it a try. Have to say the onsie is a challenge to embroider on but I do like how it turned out. Both pieces "Daddy's girl" will go with the bath towel from yesterday

thanks for looking,
hugs

Adorable work - yes, those onsies can be hard to stitch on - but they look so wonderful - when done.

I am still trying to learn 2 embroider. Do u pull the knit fabric tight like other fabrics? Also on the onsie how do u hoop it & stich it out? Do u take the onsie apart? I triedjust pulling it to the side & scared it will strech it out & mess it up. Any tips would be VERY VERY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!

I use sticky stabilizer and stick the onsie to the stabilizer (with a patch of iron on cut-away on the back of the onsie where the design will go). Then I baste it in place before I stitch the actual design. Small onsies are SOOOOO tiny I dont know how you could actually hoop them.

These are very small, but make sure you use binder clips or big paper clips to hold the excess material, so it doesn't get under the hoop.

It's a cute outfit! Really small things are hard to do.
