I think you did a wonderful job, the butterfly looks better than the card, she will love it.!
Nicely done! The card is so tasteful, and I think the towel is a good match. Lovely digitizing, too, as usual. Isn't it so satisfying to be able to do this kind of thing, making your gift absolutely unique; twisted little pleasure in that, hee hee hee. Congrats on the new baby, too. Hugs, Marji
Thanks, Marji. Digitising was a bit of a gamble as my husband's scanner was on the blink fortunately he eventually managed to get the butterfly. I used Arial Rounded which looked about right.
It's always a nice challenge to get a lovely present that does not cost an arm and a leg and is usually highly appreciated. Sort of justifies the expensive software - heehee.
Flower to you and everyone else.
The towel will last for much longer than the card - deservedly!
Wow, Martine......I don't think you could have gotten much closer......it looks fantastic!!!
Looks absolutely fantastic to me Martine. The colour looks an exact match. Sarah.
Lovely towel. I am sure whoever gets it wouldn't see the difference(if there is any). Sometimes we are too critical of our work. And don't forget, It's done on two different substrates. Hugs, Rachel
It's lovely! She will be thrilled to receive this gift.
Hugs, Lidia
The towel looks wonderful. I'm sure the parents will be so happy knowing you made this yourself, that they won't even notice the very slight color difference. But to tell you the truth, I cannot see a difference in the photo - we just have to take your word onit since it is you looking directly at the finished result. I think it is great!!
This is beautiful you did great with the matching of the colours. I have a couple of hundred colours but never have the exact colour when I want it. Hugs Joyce
