UPDATE! I finally got my files transered onto another computer! Had to first figure out what I was doing as I've never had to or watched anyone do it!
I have all my files! Woohoo! Only problem is, I had to install them on my old laptop and not my new one. The one with windows 7 won't let me - it keeps telling me there is not enough space, but it has more memory than my old laptop!Oh, well, guess i'll get it figured out eventually.

Your new laptop may have a small section of harddrive space for the "C drive" and a larger area for data. The memory is different from computer "space". It is like filling a closet with fabric, you only use memory to remember where you put the fabric.

Well done so far. Perhaps check the size of your new Computers Hard Drive....could it be smaller than your old lap top? Good luck.
