Is it possible that your payment didn't finalise? It may be worth checking your bank statement to make sure the payment has gone through. I'm sure it'll be sorted out happily, once it's investigated.
I had some trouble in the past. It was taken care of but it took a little while and several e-mails for that to happen. I couldn't download from my account either. Keep trying. Hugs & Stitches, Liz

I have never had any trouble so I think there must be a glitch somewhere. I sometimes sign in, go to my account order history and download that way. This is a very reputable vendor so I know as soon as she knows something is wrong she will attend to it, you will not be overlooked.
