This is beautiful Martine. My best friend lives in Lillihammer. I met her when I first got married and we were stationed in Oslo... I LOVE Norway... Don't know if I could handle the cold anymore though, even if it is a dry cold. ;)
Just beautiful, Mops. There is a younger lady at our church that likes all the flashy jewelry, gems, etc. I joked with her and told her she could walk the streets of gold and I wanted to be on a swing in the garden of Eden, with all the flowers.haha To me that is true beauty. Hope you have a wonderful holiday and I wish I were with you here-Toogie
So very true Martine - my sister and I have just returned from a Cruise of Scandanavia, one of our ports was Oslo, and so many have asked us if we saw any skiing ??? We said their was simulated skiing but we didn't participate, but did see the ski jump.. the flowers in every port were unbelieveable...such a great experience... Hugs Glenda x0x0x0
What a lovely place to visit. It looks serene and peaceful.
Absolutely beautiful. How long does your summer beauty last? Thank you for sharing with us. Enjoy.
It is open to the public from the first of May to the end of September, rather expensive to visit but worth every penny, or rather NOK (Norwegian Krone).
So glad you're having a good time, Norway looks just lovely!! Hugs, Marji
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing it. I would love to see the coastlines.
Actually it's on a small island off the coast near Stavanger.
The coastline from Stavanger all the way to the Russian border near Kirkenes is beautiful, with breathtaking fjords. It's a country worth visiting.
how nice, i wish our summer gardens looked like this, we are in a severe drought in most of the united states, i am from the center-all our plants and lawns are dried brown and dead-enjoy it while you can-maybe next year we will have green again
Beautiful, its wet again in my bit of the UK
Today it's raining here as well, we were so lucky with the weather yestarday.
Flowers to you all (unfortunately from the cyber variety).
