where can we get help for the Monogram font 11? Purschased today and they sent wrong size. Thanks grannynet

Just a clarification about the Monogramfont11, the current free alphabet at Cute. The pack is described as for the larger hoop 5x7. Although some of the letters fit in the 4x4 hoop, not all of them will. Due to the swirls and flourishes, letters like the W require the 5x7 hoop, as do some of the other ones. Veronika has the pack labeled for the size of the largest letter, so no one will be disappointed and think it will all fit in the 4x4 hoop. There are not 2 sizes of the alphabet, it's just that some of the letters turn out larger than others because of the swirls. If you're collecting this alphabet and have a 4x4 hoop, you might want to check the size of each individual letter and make a note of the ones that will be too large for your hoop. Hi, Grannynet, I checked out the pack, and the individual letters, and there seems to be a problem with the size. The individual letters fit the 4x4 hoop. Since the pack is only a way of buying the whole alphabet at once, not a 'different alphabet' or 'different size', I can only think that there was a mistake made when the size information was entered on the website for the pack. I'm only a moderator, not the site owner. I've contacted Veronika, the owner, and informed her of this situation, and told her you would be contacting her. Please e-mail her and tell her your predicament, I'm sure she'll sort it out for you. Sorry about the mistake, but the alphabet is still beautiful, isn't it? Grannynet, I'm sorry, but there is only one size of the Monogramfont11, it's for the large hoop. In the pack, the size is listed as 140x200mm, or 5.51" wide x 7.87" high. That's the only size there is, the only size listed. I'm not sure what you mean by the 'wrong size' was sent. Is that not the size you got? Thanks, Marji (moderator, 1 of 4)

That is the size I puchased.Someone sent me the designs in 3.48x3.28. I have copies of the order. Bought it on the Cuties page.I ordered the 5.51x7.87. So there are 2 sizes.

Not sure where you bought it from, but contact the owner. Hope you have proof somehow that you ordered a smaller seize.Anything I buy I always print the order.
