Beautiful quilt. Well done Chris and thank you Jan for posting. Hugs Sarah.
Living as I do in S. Africa, it is wonderful to see a child like Edith actually having a bed to sit on and Chris's beautiful quilt just finishes off the picture. Does ones heart good to hear these amazing stories. Well done Chris and Jan. Hugs to both Sarah.

Wow! What a wonderful story this quilt has now--Each thread a meaningful moment in time:>) Yes, God is awesome; He weaves the fabric of our lives so skilfully and with love--just as the quilts for Uganda were made:>)
Wow. This certainly warms the heart, and knowing Chris from here, it was truely a lovely gesture. The quilt looks lovely and Edith surely looks as though she is very happy with it. thanks go out to all involved in this project, you sure do all make a big difference to peoples lives. Hugs to all.
Yet another fantastic story from his huge effort. Lovely quilt, Chris, Martha & Jan and so great that it could also do the trip with Pavel. Great work, all!
Just look at the faces on these children! Can you imagine how much a gift from the heart can actually touch the hearts of so many? Miracles do happen! Just take a good look at each smile! Thanks to each and every one that participated in such a grand plan! The video brought happy tears to my face along with these great pictures. May all of you be blessed!
What a great picture-Thanks Jan!
I'm so glad this young lady has the opportunity to go to college and the quilt is a lovely touch in her room. It was a great experience being a non quilter and learning how to make a basic one for the Uganda project. I loved the video and seeing all
those smiling faces was indeed wonderful.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I've just come upstairs and opened up this post and to see this has just made my day. I am so thrilled to see Edith is using it as it was meant to be. Thanks so much Jan for organising this wonderful event. I'm personally chuffed to see Edith actually sitting on it too! Every one of us can make a difference, it only takes one person to make a change!!!!! Love to you all, Chris
Oh Chris, Isn't it just wonderful!! It is a beautiful quilt, it could win in a contest, easily it is so well made. I still can't believe you not only paid the postage to mail one more package - but that you gave this to her. I don't think anyone else would appreciate it any more!
in the whole world would appreciate it more. It's going to be exciting to see what Edith does with her life! God Bless Edith and God bless you too, Chris!
No - it means that I'm pleased, delighted, stoked. As taken from Strine and Australian Slang. Or another saying "As happy as Larry" don't know where that one comes from though! Love Chris
Almost asked what chuffed meant Chris glad someone else wondered too. Now we know what it is to be chuffed...Hugs Glenda x0x0x0
How fortunate are we ladies of the Cute Family to be part of this wonderfull world that we live in...maybe that doesn't sound right for what I am feeling , but boy I sure feel great (even with the tears in my eyes) knowing that we have made a difference in so many lives by just sewing up a quilt or two....thank you Chris for making this young lady such a happy person and to you Jan for all the work you put into this project...Hugs and much love to all...Glenda x0x0x0
Andrea is in Uganda now, and she just sent this picture. I HAD to share it on Cuties! So many Cuties helped with this project, made quilts, sent fabric, sent postage, and sent money for shipping and extra baggage charges! You are ALL incredible - and I appreciate you so very, very much! You can really tell that we made a small difference in Edith's life, maybe larger than we can ever know. Just think too - there are 102 other quilts blessing the lives of these children! Thank you for all your prayers - It's amazing how smoothly this all went! Hugs, Jan
