Oh she is sooo... cute!
I have bought Matilda and Walter. Cant wait to make them. Unfortunately I am still busy with wedding stuff so they have to wait!!
You did a great job!
OMG, she is just beautiful. Very appropriately named. Oh no, you should not part with her she is just sew precious.
He is so cute Susan, can you tell us how much is embroidered in the hoop and how much hand sewing there is
to do.
Would love to try him but wonder if the ITH really does most of the work
hugs
Michelle
The entire bear is made in the hoop, head, ears, arms, body, legs and feet, and 2 nose parts. You embroider all these parts, cut them out, turn them inside-out and stuff them. Then sew them together to form the bear. It was quite easy and comes with good instructions to follow. Only warning, do not choose fabric/fleece/fake fur that is too thick. I used double sided fleece fur and it did slow down my machine. I did have to use regular sewing thread to keep it from breaking. Hope you give it a try. Isn't it amazing what we can do with these embroidery machines? Hugs, Susan
What size hoop did you use? i would like to make some for a couple of little girls who just lost their Papa. Roberta
I found the openings were rather narrow and if, as you say, the fabric is thickish it made it hard to turn through. Your fabric looks lovely and ' bearish ' so I'll keep trying with my stash. Jan
Love sweetie Pie, expect you could also embroider a name on if you wish to do so.
Yes, you could but it would be fairly small. That's what my husband said why didn't you put your name and date on it some where.
MARAVILHOSO! FOFO, LINDO demais, por favor compartilhe o bordado conosco, ficaremos muito felizes em fazer este trabalho encantador. Parabens!
Sweetie Pie is just that! I love the pink touches. I love her don't like her.
