You have done an amazing job, My mother had a wall tiled with antique dutch tiles by the fire. This looks very real. Now enjoy all your hard work
This is really pretty. What a wonderful room you will have now. ;)
this is just wonderfull to look at.
It is so crisp and fresh and would be a joy to use and show off.
this is a great way to use two kingsized flat sheets for a double bed (or two doubles for a single size) One sheet to cut for the top blocks and the other as the backing
e for the top quilt blocks and one for the backing. All it needs now is a nice big matching pillow sham. and that can be done with the left over fabric.
well done it is very inspirational.
And so you should be pleased with the result. Just beautiful. Well done. Sarah.
It is Stunning. I dont know how you find the time all your wonderfull digitizing too.IT must have taken you a long time, but the ens results are out of this world.
Hugs Pam.
Wow, looks fantastic, it must of taken you ages to complete... :)
Totally Wonderful! What weight cotton is it, sheet weight? I just got some 90 in. wide muslin, that is why I ask. Live Laugh Download Stitch!
It looks lovely and I like Delft Blue tiles. Great job!
Reminded me of something. When we lived in Ewell we often took a walk in nearby Nonsuch Park. Nothing remaining from Henry VIIIs time. But the public conveniences (at least the ladies) were walled with old Delft Blue tiles - the genuine article, with nice corners and lovely small designs. Wonder if they are still there, it would be such a shame if they should have been vandalised.
WHAT A GREAT WORK : 284 DESIGNS. How many time did you spent? THANK YOU FOR SHARING. AMITIES DE FRANCE.
Each square took me one and a half hour to get the corners on. Then about 40 minutes per big pattern. (Measuring all squares and sewing it together) Lots of hours!
Beautiful, what a terrific job of placement and color! This is quite elegant, good work!

Beautiful!!! My Mom would have loved this :) It kind of gave me an idea for a project for myself. I've alway wanted to make myself a Dovet Cover. Never occured to me when I am able to make one to do embroidery on it until now!!!!
