Good News . I email AnneMarie this morning using all 4 email addresses. She apologize for not getting back to me sooner and offer me another design, for the delay. and she fix my design.

I am sure she is a very nice lady and unaware of the problem with 1 of her designs. I am sure if she knew about the fault in the design she would not have put it on her website.
I hope she is able to resolve your problem soon - since I think it might be affecting her sales. The items I have from her stitched out nicely.**
keep us informed on how this is resolved. i have bought several designs there & have not stitched all of them yet!! i'll just put my shopping on hold for a while! thanks for sharing.
I have been trying to get a resolution on a download problem from then for about 3 months. E-mails have been sent and received but still nothing. The last one was about a month ago; that was the one where I requested that the paid-for items be e-mailed to me. I'm still waiting for a response. Maureen

Hi, No it is not the fuzzy bear designs. I bought a tissuebox cover design.The only way you can file a complaint on their website is through their help desk.
