InTheHoop designs can be a little confusing.
I always copy/paste the instructions and the pic for ITH designs and save it in 'Word" in the same folder as the design.
Hope you get this lovely one to stitch out.
Hugs Bev
P.s. I always find the zips a little scary, so I slow the machine down for those.
I downloaded Sue's kitty purse into my Janome Digitizer Pro software, in JEF. It opened and went through the virtual sew-out just fine. Aleen sewed it out in PES and it worked, too. If you are new to machine embroidery, you might not know that you have to download designs in the format your machine uses, or convert them with a conversion program or digitizing software. If you tell us what kind of machine you're using, and what format it takes, maybe we can help you more. As far as I can see, there's nothing wrong with the design. I believe the problem is in how you're downloading it, or your format, or what you're trying to open it with. If you'll give us more information, we can be of more help. Hugs, Marji
Here is the design she is talking about
Yes, please, who is the designer, what is the design? And which format did you download? It makes it easier for us to find the design. I can download it into my software, see how it looks, if I know which format you downloaded. What do you mean you can't sew it out? Does your machine not read it, or are the stitches wrong, what? More information will help us help you better. Thanks, hugs, Marji
