Did you enquire as to why they were shipped separately? Its not your fault that she didn't ship it all together.
I bought something from Nancy's Notions and it was shipped from two different warehouses and they didn't charge me extra, plus I did receive all that I ordered. It was all the same that I ordered, they just didn't have all the colours I ordered at the one warehouse.
Who was the dealer ?
I would rather not say,she was a vendor for scrap booking supplies. She told me "I lost money on you" Not my fault. I paid what she was asking. So I consider the order paid in full and closed. I will not use her site again. She was very rude.
Wow...sounds almost like aome sort of scam. Would love to know who this Etsy seller is so I can make sure I never purchase from them.
Muffy :)
I had a concern with ebay when not enough product was sent. Thankfully she is sending the rest after receiving a stern "this is how it is" letter. I have grown a bit and proud of myself today, because life can be difficult and to stand tall in the face of "it" - is all we can do.
Is this the same Etsy dealer that gave you grief when you made your purchase? If so, I think I would avoid that particular vendor in the future. I don't think the problem is with you; it is with a very unhappy individual!! You might want to contact Etsy about your whole experience. I'm sure they don't want the bad publicity any more than you want the bad treatment. Good luck.
This is the first vendor i have had a problem with. I will give her a bit more time.
How did you pay? If PayPal, you should not have a problem getting a refund if the merchandise does not show up...she will have to show proof of receipt...if you used a credit card, you can file a dispute with your credit card company...I believe she will also have to show proof of receipt...good luck!
If you don't get the items soon, go to PayPal and open a dispute...they will contact the seller and handle...if seller doesn't show proof of delivery within 10 days, PayPal will automatically refund the money back to you...I think you have 45 days to file a dispute and then escallate to a claim if necessary.
Update. They showed up this morning. I shall keep it and consider this transaction closed, I will never do business with her again
That's what I would do. You paid the stated price and stated shipping. Not your fault she can't figure out shipping and state it accurately.
