I have a problem with Wilcom Truesizer. I d/l it and I can only use it then and the next day it won't load. I've used it for a long time on my other computer (the one that just died) for a long time.
Does anyone know why this is happening? I have d/l and then uninstalled it several times and the same thing happens each time.

OK - I tried something else and it works. I have to close everything else and then it opens.

38558Just an idea. Uninstall the program. Do a defrag, then scan disk. Then reinstall the program. Can't hurt and just might help.

22300Depending on how fast your computer is with the online ads they now have, it takes quite awhile to finally come up. You may have had the older version on your other compompter that didn't have all this annoying junk on it.

5172It opens with an ad....you can close that and it will come up..at least that is what happened with mine.

Thanks, but I had waited for a fair while and it wouldn't open. That's why I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it only worked until I shutdown the computer and when I went to use it again, it wouldn't come up.
