would be interested if anybody has tried this.. its gorgeous :-)
Beautiful Project.
I stitch 156 of them some years ago, to be used at a museum for Barbie.. It truly is af timekiller and just as beautifull. Some could think it's odd but I will never get tried of looking at this design. Really really outstanding ! I still have a few at home, and they still be edmired each time we have visitors.
i must have had a depdrived childhood i never had a barbie....boo hoo....or were they even marketed then or am i just too old....soozie
Oh, yes, Criswell--they have some really nice things! Now, sewing this out might not be as hard as it looks, but think of what it took to develop this dress, how to make it come out the right size, etc. when digitized. That's a work of art! I can digitize, but....well, it would be kind of like comparing a house painter to Michaelangelo; this dress is gorgeous. Makes me wish (at 64, mind you!) that I had a Barbie to dress, hee hee hee. Thanks for showing, Dolly. Hugs, Marji
I would have just died to have had something like this when I was little it is just stunning!
Thanks for the link!
It is beautiful, have not done this one. I did one with a criss cross at the back. It did look lovely when done. Hugs Yvonne
