Thanks for telling us about her good response, Iva! That's great customer service, and well deserving of praise. It makes a person feel a lot better about purchasing a design from a site that will make things right if they somehow go awry. You know, each embroidery digitizing software has its own "native format" for digitizing. I have Janome, and mine is JAN. Before I embroider, I have to convert that to a JEF file for my machine. I can convert to other formats as well, but sometimes I think it does a better job than other times. It has problems reading PES files, and I'm never sure how well it converts to PES when I have to do that. If I put anything in DBC, I'll always recommend a test because of that problem. That might have been what happened to your designs, Iva, and she just didn't know the software had hiccuped when creating that format. Or the computer or server could have hiccuped in the download. Technology is great, but it doesn't always do what we mean it to, and surely isn't perfect. Glad to hear she fixed it when you told her there were problems, and didn't take what might have been her software's mutiny personally. Good that you posted this! Hugs, Marji
