Pauline, I am not sure why you would need an sku that is a code that may be entered on a product when you are adding it to your website, you should not need it to fill in a contact form if you wish to contact the site owner. However, I did have the experience of the shopping cart emptying itself when my site was using cubecart software for which I paid many hundreds of dollars. If you can't contact the site owner both you and she/he will be very frustrated.
I did try to go to the site to see if I could find contact details on http://www.whorush.com/ but I get an error. I was hoping to find some contact info, but no luck.I can't even bring up the site, perhaps you could put in a link.

I've bought there twice on tuesday and more than one set (shame on me ;o). If you continue to put sets in your basket without keep an eye on the basketsign and just click there when you finished is the basket then empty? I had this problem on a german page (DaWanda; it's the plattform where I sell my lamps *lol*): I put an article on my cart and returned to shop more and the signs says o-articles in the basket but when I clicked directly on the cart they were all there...

I have bought twice during the sale. I did not press continue shopping on basket but the little blue arrow at the top left of my screen to get back to the alphabet page. Try that and see if it helps. Sorry only found this message now !
Hummmm - I have downloaded more then one thing from them before and I didn't have any problems. Could it have just been a bad day for the site? I'd try again tomorrow and see what happens. If still having problems you may have to order and buy one thing at a time and them use those sku # to send them an email. Let us know how it works out. Goodluck
I just went to the site and picked a design and added it to my cart then clicked on continue shopping and picked another design. I picked 3 designs this way. They are all in my cart. Then I signed in and went to checkout and they were all there. Try that and see if that helps.

Nonna were you signed in first? Instead of hitting continue shopping hit your back button and continue to sshop that way. See if that works.
