I have gone to Embroidery Outlet and ordered an in the hoop bear and paid for it with pay pal. Now need to know how to retrive the design.

I've purchased from this site before- Gerda is in Germany
I usually got the design sometime the next day and I'm in the USA
There is a big time difference. Don't worry it will come and if not for some
reason just send a nice note.

Thank you for talking about this site. I had to go look for it to see what you were talking about. They soft toys there are wonderful. I ended up buying teddy 2. I'm going to try and add the link in case someone else whats to go look and maybe buy.

It now is 10:51 pm and I just checked another email and it was in there....I got to try to change email in Pay Pal again....I hope it takes this time. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Mine was in my email the next day. Just be paitient. We get used to immediate downloads and this spoils us when we have to wait. Hugs Shirley

I completely forgot that they emailed them to you...I am sitting here on pins and needles and can't wait to get started on the bear. I purchased a frog from her I think it was July but completely forgot how you get it. She said she had some trouble when I emailed her. I just forgot, plain and simple.

Be patient Cuties, I too ordered Walter and did receive it the next day. It was late that I ordered it. It isn't an automatic download, the designs are e-mailed to you.

I ordered James this morning and it was emailed by lunchtime. I used Mike's PayPal account so it was emailed to him. Which one did you get?

I purchased walter and as of 5:37 pm I have not received the pattern. I emailed her around 3 pm.

Ordered and paid about 8 am...it is now 3:49 pm and checked the email and it is not in there. I am not saying anything is wrong but could not remember how I got it last time. I think she was such a nice person last time I ordered and she helped me choose what I needed. I was just wondering if I needed to go to her site and where to find it. Thank you for helping.

I have bought 2 years ago on christmas some designs on sale and Gerda sent them to me about 3 hours later per mail! PErfect such a fast delivery even on holidays :o)
Don't know if it has changed now to instant dl. When have you paid?
