well after all is said & done this tealight looks pretty good! I have it on a glass for drying purposes, What do you think of my repair job on the front? The back sewed out absolutely perfect! The design is a freebie & I am very pleased with the finished product dispite my machines stupidity @ removing much needed stitches LOL

Dispite your problems the Pumpkin Candle turn out great!

Did you use Polyester thread for this?

Sometimes when winding bobbins with poly thread at high speed the poly thread can stretch and this causes it to be tighter on the bobbin.
this could cause a problem like you had.
Try slowing the machine speed down abit when winding bobbins with poly thread.

Your tealights are terrific! You'd never know that you had to fiddle with it. I sometimes have the same problems with designs. One thing I do with designs from a digitizer I am not familar with is that I simply enlarge the design a lot and "show stitchpoints" and simply take a look at it. Problems like you had stick out like a sore thumb if it is a digitizing problem and you can stick in a couple of stitch points to fix it. But if it looks ok in my software, but I have a problem when stitching it out, then I know it is something with my machine or with what I am doing.

I could SEE it on my machine before I stitched it out but was hoping I was wrong but I did NOT SEE it in my program. even after going back & forth to look but I will have to figure out how to enlarge the stitches sew that I can maybe SEE it next time

here is the link to the flaw that shows that my digitizer has taken out too many stitches? I really don't understand why this is, but none the less, it did.

maybe I should have added the flawed picture here too sew that you could see the difference. However I am really glad that my fix was good enough not to be seen. Thank you all sew very much I do appreciate your thoughtfullness! ~Hugs Loralye~

It looks great, I can't even see the repair! I've finished stitching the front and I'm almost finished with the back and haven't had a problem, it's stitched beautifully for me.

see its my machine!!!!! man that is a drag for me not you. I am glad that yours came out well I'm sure now that it is my digitizer program that did take out some of the stitches
