Here I go again...I purchased a design from basketkase and now I don't know how to get my design. I guess I had a brain slowdown. Please any help will be appreciated. Hugs Joann

I wanted to thank everyone for the help....Vicki was so helpful to me. Again it was in an unused email. I forwarded it to my addy that I use and could not figure out how to get the design. All my fault. I think I have finally got the right addy in the pay pal account. Vicki kept emailing me till I got the design. By the way it is wonderful.

Just want to let everyone know.....Bonnie has her design.....it was just some confusion. When you purchase from my website, you will get an email with the link for the design download within minutes of purchase....

Yep same problem....I think I will check into yahoo addy and see if they sent it there....I changed my addy on there but it dosen't seem to want to take it. I tried to read at the site but oh me they just say instant download so thought I would just go there and download.

I had sometimes a problem cause I use another mailadress for paypal than for registration on embroiderypages ;o)

Hi Joann.......within minutes of purchasing the design, you will get a download email from which to download your design. Check your spam or junk email folder, as it may have gone into that.......if you can't find it let me know and I will send another one.......Vicki

Thank you I have checked and rechacked both and no design so will take a look into yahoo and let you know.
