Very pretty, I love the colours. This link will give instructions as to how to make a pillow yourself, for those that want to try it

There is a special rotary cutter for doing chenille, that has a guard on the bottom,so you don't cut through the bottom layer
Tried to insert a picture, but not able to. Its from Olfa and is called Slash cutter.
I love your cushion cover. The chenille work is so colorful!
very pretty chenille cushion, I also like the one with flowers!
Beautiful. Where did you learn to do this?
Making your own is quite simple, try this link:

Marietta, could you please post the procedure you used to make this pillow.. what exactly is Chenile work..I love it
thanks
Jane
Hello Jane, if you look at the top of these comments, JRob was so kind to give the link to a very good explanation on how to do chenile work. Good luck, I loved doing this.
No problem Marietta, Jerrilyn and I pretty much have the same name. As long as it is usable for others, that is all that counts. I did a vest years ago with this procedure, used denim fabric and it turned out great.
Thank you for all the lovely comments, I realy enjoyed doing the chinelle work. We did it when the Cape Town Cuties got together.
You have been busy Marietta - another beautiful cushion. Hugs Sarah.
Marietta you have produced yet another beautiful cushion
Is this one the more u wash it the better it looks??It is really awesome now hugs
Yes, this is 4 layers of material, and then you only cut through the top 3 layers, mine will have to still be washed a few times more before it shows all the colours.
I Love this one too. It really is beautiful - those colors will make everything pop.
So glad that you showed us this one as well, saw a bit of it in the other post. It is stunning. Well done. Hugs Yvonne
