Here are the links to the Snowman that Jobaby was talking about making for family.
There are 3 sizes to choose from and the instructions are on the link pages.
Just yesterday on Designs by Cuties there was a snowman with the usual face front and 2012 Merry Christmas on the back. I am going to add the family names, stitch them and then stuff but leave a little room in the bottom for dry rice to add before closing. Then they will stand on the table as placecards as well as ornaments next year.
Thanx for all who commented with ideas, Fantastic!!! Off to the sewing room I go! Hugs & Appreciation to all. Judy
OO OO, this was a freebie posting the other day, I am going to do these. Very cute looking.
Thanx Jo!!! I had D/L it the other day & forgot about it completely! I could maybe do different lil animals to put into stocking, Huh??? Great idea for big & little GGK!!!
How about candycane holders? I think there are several in DBC. There are designs for little ones & some great hockey players for the older kids.
Thanx much!!! I will go & D/L them if I can find them. I know Lee (Smith & Smith) made many. Forgot about them. Hugs, Judy
Hi, take a look thru http://www.ls-liane-stitch.de/ site, she has many many freebies, butterflies for the girls and dragonflies or flies for the boys and they could hang them in their rooms later. OR the cute bookmarks for all? Just a thought
Thanks Dolly. I'm looking for bookmarks for godparents and have downloaded the free teddybear bookmark but can you tell me what the word is for me to click on to find the bookmark designs that are for sale? Jan
Thanx Dolly!!! Great ideas. Will check out the bookmarks for the Guys on my list! Hugs, Judy
I too would like to know the word to look for the butterflies and dragonflies as well as the bookmarks. Thanks for your help.
I suggest you make Sue Dewsbury's stockings. You could use the patchwork stocking in the colors that suit each individual or even make the zipper stocking that way. That's what I have planned!
I looked at that zippered one & wondered if I was smart enough to make it. Hahaha! They sure are Cute!!! Hugs, Judy
I embroider guardian angels, different ones each year. Have done for several years. Have such a stash should not need to search for more but you know how it is.

Thanx Sandy! I have been making FSL Angels for the ladies ever since I made my first one. I love them and am making many of Sonia's Angel Of Light Angels this year also. Hugs, Judy
I am making Sonia's Angels with the letters this year. They have been freebies and we are up to the letter N now. They stitch out beautifully.
