how come i cannot make comments under others posts...when i click on it all that happens is a report abuse tab opens up,,,ugh...perhaps that is why i don't post for others....i can create new threads but not comments

You should be clicking on the words "add comment", not the arrow out at the side. That is why you get the ''abuse'' thingy.
