Hi-- I know that most of these comments are from quite some time ago, but I just found your cute owls on Pinterest! I would love to buy the designs-- especially for the potholder. Can you tell me what size the bigger owl is? And, are they still available? Thank you so much.
Ann
They are not still available as DBC no longer exists. However, they might appear in my Facebook group sometime soon. (Engineered in Stitches.)
I love this owl....I thought I liked this yesterday but on this site I never know if it takes or not so decided to tell again.

Very cute- I just had an owl on my roof the other day hooting away
Is there a CD inside of it or are you using it to trace the design?
He looks great!! When I first saw him at a distance from my computer, I thought he might be a turkey. The dark grey part could be the face and neck section with a goblet added, and the light grey part could have colorful feathers added. I especially like how you have given him depth using your different fabrics and satin stitches. So creative... I think the entire idea of recycling old CDs is just brilliant.
Thanks - I think that with different fabrics he could be all sorts of things!
Sue, this is just adorable. I hope we will see it in the DBS area. Hugs & Stitches, Liz
You are a star Sue, sooooo clever to think it all out. Love the owl
Now that is simply adorable. I could see a very cute penguin also.

This one is a good shape to make a purse with;verycute.
Such a super design. Love your fabric choices, very clever!
Very cute! It looks like it took a little while to figure out, but the proportions came out great. Love those eyes!
Best one yet. Hope you have time to design the pot holder. My dil loves owls.
Love it!! And would also love to see a pot holder to match. What a neat gift for a teacher or dear friend! Good job, Sue!
How cute he would even add to the kitchen ensemble as towel topper.
Very cute! You did a really nice job making this. Keep up the good work!!
