WOW this is just beautiful Carolyn! WOW a true labor of love indeed!~Hugs Loralye~
Beautiful. Was that 5 hours for one, or both? What speed is your machine working at? For that long, must be a gazillion stitches! LOL
Jo
It was for only one!! I sewed 1/2 then went outside did some yard work then finished it when i came in hugs
Hi Carolyn: You always have the most gorgeous designs & projects. Thank you so much for sharing with us! Hugs, Tammy
These are really beautiful Carolyn and well worth the 5 hours. Hugs Sarah.
I can see why they take so long to stitch, they are pretty dense, but gorgeous and you did a great job on them........colors are lovely!!
Oh, Carolyn, these are so pretty! You always do the nicest projects!
Hugs and *'s, Deb
Looks like Poppies to me and they are beautifully made.
These are all soooo beautiful. Well worth the time spent in sewing them out.****
Superbe result, i love the colors; the design is beautiful but 5 hours sewing is a too long time for me. I am always afraid of problems when choosing this type of designs. Compliments for your job and thank you for sharing !!!. Amitiés de France;
Well you don't half to do it all at once i shut my machine off when it fin ished say #6 and then turned it on latter at #7 and finished it hugs
Holy cow! That's a project only a pro could take on! I could envision myself banging my head against the wall after my first thread break. You must have a lot of patience not only to do just one, but then you take on a second design! The designs are so gorgeous and turned out so well that they are certainly worth your efforts. What kind of stabilizers did you use? Are you stiffening them somehow? Will these hang as they are, or are you adding something else to them? The centers of these poppies are very interesting with the different color layers. A job well done!!
Well i shut my machine off a time or to then turned it back on and went to the number i was on .It sewed perfect!!
They are really gorgeous :) Well done, your post office will be just stunning
Wow, they are beautiful! Your post office will look amazing for the celebration! Congrats on a job well done! Christine
