Well it was in the shop for 2 months, got it back and they had to send it back to Toronto and so finally after a bit (maybe alot) of complaining they are replacing it.

I haven't had time to look into the difference between the 2 models but I do know that the tension control component is supposed to be superior. That is good news

I think my asking the technician what the sold the most of and serviced the least let them know that I was fed up (oh an my telling him so a few times didn't hurt, LOL)
