Could I request prayers for my sister. She is going in for a total knee replacement on Monday Afternoon the 12th. She had a very bad experience last time in rehab. This time she is coming home after the hospital stay and I will care for her. Thank you all prayer warriors...Suzanne

Thinking of your sister and of course you. I have a friend that has has both knees replaced and he is back playing tennis 3 times a week with my husband. I am sure all will go well. Hugs Sarah.

I have had my Right hip replaced twice. The first time totally and the second time just the ball & socket. I was in so much pain before hand that it was a relief afterwards and I wished I had been able to talk my doctors into it sooner. Maybe her insurance will allow for someone to come to your home to help with her rehab. Many home health agencies have registered physical therapists who can come in and set up and update a program for her in your/her home. Then you can follow through or they can send in a rehab aide to work with her. It is worth checking out. I had a friend who is a RPT and that is what she did for me. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your sister.

Thanks so much Physical thearpy and a visiting nurse will come to the house. Pt will stya for an hour and the nurse just checks out the wound. The rest is up to me. Thanks for all the info too I will check on the aid to help. Suzanne

Do take care of yourself. That's a lot of work and heavy lifting (even if she only weighs 80 lbs.) You and she both have my prayers.
