well since I am new at this here goes dislikes: cats, goofy things like spiders yuk (sorry), no bonnets or prim either wonky roosters, I am a dog person. I have a yorkie.
I love placemats use them everyday, I love the holidays & decorate in blues & silvers & some rose colours too. I hang seasonal & non seasonal towels all over my kitchen (3 spots LOL) I am not really into ornaments for myself (but I make them for friends & family)My kitchen is navy & rose with a fruit border, I really like apples & hope to do my kitchen in them some day soon.My bedroom is hunter green & burgundy my bathroom is brown & white & cream with a splash of red. I hope this helps but I think that I will love whatever I recieve because a cutie made it just for me! hugs & * 2all Loralye

I love mainly earth tones. Blues, greens, browns and perhaps a shot of yellow. We have neutral colors in the main areas of the house and orchid for my bedroom and sewing room. I do not have a lot of tables to put runners on. My dining room table is dk brown.
I wear glasses and am an authority on doing dishes..LOL... Detailed flowers pictures, most any , the simple ones are best.
FSL items are amongst my favorite things. Next to humans I love animals!!! Cats, birds, dogs, companion type. And I quilt too !
I am eclectic, so most anything I receive will be appreciated.

Sorry.....

I don't really have a favorite color myself. They are all so pretty, lol! I like surprises, but also know the frsutration of making something for someone you do not know. I like things on black backgrounds that really make the colors pop out. I don't care for the bonnet or prim designs myself. I raise chickens, have a cat and love to travel. I have a small Christmas Tree becasue we go to TX for about 3 weeks and after the family Christmas I move it into the RV. I have seen some beautiful FSL ITH bowls, and other ITH projects I would love to have, but only if my SS has the know how and or patience to do them. I for one am at the learning stages yet, and am pretty much clueless when it comes to FSL, the only FSL I did was when a clerk at the stoer let me try it. I have forgotten most of what I did that day, lol! I love steam punk things, and have to hide them from my kids, lol! I do Not lacey things, doesn't fit my tomboy country girl image very well, lol! I don't care for things with my name or monogram on it. I love to decorate for the Holidays, and ant Holiday would be fine, lol! I love both religous and non-relgious themes when I decorate. I have lots of Table runners right now from past SS swaps, so I guess that would be one thing I would rather pass on. Anything my secrest Santa sends with me appreciated. I hope the information I posted is helpful if you are trying to figure out what to do for me.

I am animal crazy: cats, chickens/roosters, owls,frogs,dogs etc. Love all colours. Green with purple are my business colours. Dont go for bonnets or prim items. I dont collect ornaments. I would not mind a christmas or an everyday theme for my gift. My room walls are all neutral colours as I change the curtains and accessory colours according to my mood or the season. My Christmas tree and decorations are up on the 13 December (12 days before) and removed new years day. All my Christmas kitchen tea towels hang over the kitchen cupboard door handles. May need a new kitchen and more cupboards as I tend to buy more tea towels each year.
In the past my secret santa has had extraordinary taste. LOL

My favourite colours are ocean colours, teals, aqua's & turquoises
I like things that are simple, and not frilly or lacey. I love those ITH wristlets and purses and glasses cases. Embroidered tote bags, and Japanese decor and designs . My house is minimalistic I dont have a lot of ornaments around or cushions or doilies or table runners, but i do like oriental embroidered pictures, like pictures of Koi carp, or cherry blossums. I would prefer an everyday gift rather than something that is for christmas.

I love something to be useful or fun -or even both! I also love Australiana type designs. Not much into Christmas decorating. Not at all keen on spiders :( Happy to see dogs or cats on anything. Word puzzle type things are great. Meaningful phrases about friendship and doing nice things for each other are great too, but not religious ones for me. I like to make something different for exchanges that I wouldn't do for myself. I hope others have fun stretching themselves too. I've had such fantastic exchanges each time via Cute. I like to look up posts or replies by my partners to see if I can do something they'd particularly like.

For men maybe barbecue aprons, golf towels, t-shirts, key chains, beach towels. CD or DVD covers, wallets etc. Love and blessings Chris

P.S. I'm not participating this year, it's come upon me too fast and I still have lots to do here.

I am very easy to please. Blue is my favorite color, but I like lots of colors. My favorite things to do (besides being here on Cutie) is to sew and read. I solved the problem of finding time for both by listening to books on tape while I sew. I have only been machine embroidering for about a year, so I am very new at it and have a lot to learn. I love butterflies, hummingbirds, iris and pansies. But that doesn't mean you have to do them as I have seen many other beautiful things that other Cuties have put in projects. I love scenes - those that come already digitized that way and those that people put together on their own. I live in the country on a small farm where we have cows, horses, dogs, and cats. Anything at all that my SS makes will be loved and used or displayed with lots of happy thoughts. I hope this helps you SS.

As far as dislike there is not much I can think of right now. I DO NOT like spiders, nor do I care for snakes.

I am sure whatever my SS makes for me will be much loved as we are all trying our best for Our Cutie Sister. I hope my likes and dislikes are helpful.
MY LIKES : I would love a Christmas themed gift that I can display, in traditional colours mainly whites, reds, greens, gold/silver and neutrals but would be happy for an item that can be displayed all year like something white for the table(serviettes would be good as I play ladies a couple of times a year with about a dozen other so-called ladies...this is a great day full of laughs)) or something to place on a seat, in a corner.
My gift can be Religious eg. Nativity – the reason for the season or angels. I also love Christmas trees, reindeers, Australian Christmas designs and I DO believe (BIG TIME). I especially love simple, elegant designs on an item. I Like the narrow crochet-like lace and the use of RIC RAC.

MY DISLIKES :I DO NOT like sunbonnets, Raggedy Annie or American Prim (sorry my American Cuties- just not my thing), silly characters/animals or crass although I don’t mind humour.

Also do not like colours such as purples/pinks/blues as the main colour for Christmas items (can have these colours on my gift but not as the main colour). And……… I’m not a frilly person at all -please no frilly lace either.

Whole year I have been saying "ohhh, so nice" to all those cute owls-designs; or those super nice pincushions, or those quilts. All of them are -still- on my to-do list, but it would be so nice to have already them in real. My favorite color is purple

Personally, I always love a cookbook! I don't even care if it's a used cookbook, I even welcome notes in the sides! I have about 800 of them so apparently, I love all kinds! Placemats are always a good gift too

I love anything homemade. I actually keep my favourite Christmas items out all year round! I love blue, Delft-type designs and vintage.Plus, I rarely keep anything for myself, so I appreciate things that are made for me, espepially for my sewing room. I love to laugh, and try to be as positive as possible. God bless.

I love to decorate for all the holidays, not only Christmas. Love to change out table decorations, placemats, napkins, towels. In the "off" times, my house is western style, cowboy not southwestern, earth tones, sometimes green, sometimes red, besides brown. Hugs. Nan W
