That's hard to do on the fluffy tops. They stitched out nicely for you.

I was unsure how to try, but I used cut-a-way underneath and water soluble/wash-a-way, on top. The first one, I ripped the cuff apart from the stocking, just where I was going to hoop, then I resewed it on. However, I found that I could hoop it, without un-sewing the cuff apart, just being careful not to catch the other part of the stocking and it was much easier.Thanks for commenting-Toogie
