these are just beautiful... truly and heirloom for ever..
They look nice and sturdy. Are they on wheels for the little ones to move around? Only asking as they look heavy. The inside tray is nice with the removable compartments. Your son and you both did an amazing job getting them finished.
Thank you. No wheels that way they put treasures in keep in their own room. I got clips for youngest to use as locks and older ones a key combination lock so Dad/Mom can help over see. If they moved around house then the common help yourself sneak thing more likely to happen. The idea is to have ones own personal locker box of treasures.
They will enjoy these for years to come and what a great keepsake hugs carolyn
wow Mary these are just terrific, I could use one myself! they will definately love them! Hugs Loralye
Thank you so much Loralye. These cost close to 60 in just material a piece but well worth it. I did sign inside each as made with love by and names and dated.. Hugs ~ Mary

Thank you, hiding lol or collecting my youngest son had one also and he collected cards like crazy. My oldest that made these still has this little tiny car collection and a neat building type thing from 30 years ago.
Great idea, for kids to keep all their treasures. They will have them filled up quickly! This would make a wonderful Hope Chest for a girl as well. You and your son have done a marvelous job making them.
Thank you very much. What started it was I was grumbling over all the cheap junk in stores. Said I wanted something that would out live me and I plan on hanging around for long while. The TRD is for GD. I thought just name but hubby said go maiden name she will still treasure it.
These are beautiful - I am sure that your GC will have them for years to come. Hugs Sarah.
