están precioso, soy nueva en las manualidades me puede ayudar para hacer uno?
saludos y gracias
felicidades!!!
I made these so long ago. It depends on what you want to make, then look for the supplies at the craft store. I used wooden balls for the head, tiny pompoms or tiny wooden pieces for the face, felt, lace and fabric. For the dress I just measured from the base of the air freshener to the top and cut the fabric that size and about 15-20" long depending on how full you want the dress. I then ran a gathering stitch (use dental floss for the thread, its much stronger) around the top of the fabric and pull it tight and tie a few knots to hold. I then glued it to the top of the air freshener. For the arms, I just measured from side to side and cut a piece of fabric that length, add lace to both ends, sew it all closed, gathered around the hand opening (you can make a little hand, with felt, stuff it, and then stick it into the hand opening and pull the thread to hold it in place or use a glue gun. I then find the center of the arm piece and glued that to the top of the gathered skirt. Then add whatever you used for the head and add the eyes, nose etc. You just have to decide what it is you want to make and find pieces to get the look you want.
the ears are just made from felt.
I am sorry its very hard to explain. Try and google air freshener animal covers.
Oh Jerrib these are adorable! I wish I could use air fresheners!
You can still make them, just get someone to give you an empty air freshener like above, they still look cute in the bathroom.
These look great and cover the air fresheners just perfect.
kind regards
Crafty Sharon
Thank you, they were fun to make, but it was 15-20 years ago that I did them all. I would just think of what I wanted to make and bought the supplies. Possibilities are endless.
I even just bought little upper body dolls and did them.
My favourite of all that I made is the angels. Picture is below..
These are so cute! Scroll down for the beautiful angels or check them out in projects. Great idea for a simple but elegant gift.
Jerri, can u show me a dog one??I love these but it is lots of work hugs
I don't have a dog one, sorry. I haven't made any animal ones for years. I just used little wooden pieces, pompom's, paint and my imagination. I only do the angel ones now. Sorry Carolyn.
They look very nice but a little complicated for my blundering fingers and thumbs!
I haven't done this in years - I think I have to go back to it. It just seems the renuzit tops don't stay up as well as they did in years past!
I have an old crochet one that I just love. I want to make an angel!
As promised, these are the angels that I made today, using the renuzites.
I hope it inspires some of you to let your imaginations run wide. They aren't just for Christmas, you can make whatever you like for year round. As I mentioned, once the scent is gone, you just take the bottom off and add a new one.
Hugs Jerri
Great job ...so cute. Very professional
I didn't do this one, I was just showing the idea for others if they are interested in making them. They are lots of fun to do.
Sorry, I thought the link was here. Hopefully it will show up this time. If not then just google Reuzite craft ideas.
What a clever idea! Love to see them all. Thank you for sharing.
Rachel
I am sorry, I no longer have them, as they were gifts for people over the years. I just used my imagination of what the animal would look like and bought little wooded pieces, like balls, eggs (great for a mouse head) hearts for noses, little pom poms for eyes and noses. I wish I had pictures, but didn't have a camera back then
They are really cute Jerri, can't wait to see the rest. Love and blessings Chris
Hi Chris Thank you.. I didn't make this one, but have in the past. I am only doing the angels this year. Its nice, once the airfreshener is gone, you just replace the bottom with a new one. I have been making these for over 15 years.
I used my angel as a tree top for a Christmas tree one year, just put the cone over the top of the tree.
