I need some help , I have been trying to log in to Amazing embroidery to recieve the free santa design for days ,It wont recognise my log in details ,I reset my password , but still wont let me log in ,I can not even contact , them it goes to log in ??????? anyone else having troubles?

In my role as owner/mod on another group 2 people contacted me having similar trouble with other sites. One of them solved her problem by using a proxy server, the other gave up, I think! Weird stuff seems to happen at times.

I have tried and tried to log in ,after I put in my details it tells me to change password, and when I do, I dont get the email ,,,,,or if I try to rejoin it tells me my email address is already used , but I have now missed the cute santa ,I have sent miss V a pm and made contact throught Amazing ,I haven't had any replies yet .

I've had that happen, but not for days. Just for a little while. Sometimes while it says I'm not logged in, at the top of the page it shows I am logged in. Crazy. Often using the refresh button helps too.

HI Monika, I've had no trouble at all. See if you can contact Veronika by using the contact us through this website - her name is "test" without the inverted commas of course.
