If you want to digitise cut work go to Clipartopolis, there's a very good free lesson on that subject. And on more basic things as well. It might be a good idea to start with the basics :)
Ha ha... its funny what happens when you go through your computer. 2 years ago (yes November 2010!) I purchased Carolyn Keebers Studio tutorial. Guess its time I finally put that investment to use!
With your Embird Basic program, you will also need the Studio 6 program to digitize. I was very confused also, and am doing good, (I think) Have gotten great remarks from the lessons I have turned in. I searched around and found I liked the Lessons on Stitches In Motion.com
... They are written well and if you need help with something, just e-mail her and she will help you. I also like the cost cause it is not near as high as some others I checked out. Also, you can pay 10 lessons at a time, I don't have a lot of time, but I am learning and having much fun!!! Good Luck, Enjoy yourself, Hugs, Judy
I do have the studio plug in - I've had it for a while thinking I would just "get it" on my own (hahahahahahahahaha). So I think I'll give it a try!! Thank you for the direction.
I am in the same boat as you. I plan on giving it a try in January. Good luck and me posted how you're doing. Susan
Will do. I want to learn to digitize cutwork. I can't just do easy :)
