I felt that you should know that in addition the the school staff and families who are in crisis, there are also the staff at the local hospitals, mental health clinics, police and fire departments who are in need of prayers and support. An individual my husband knows has sent out a request to people she knows for help in counseling folks in need. The folks who are counseling are overwhelmed with those in need. This will be a long term issue so folks, keep the prayers coming for them for not just days, but weeks and even months.

A part of the paryer my husband gave after the sermon today was that these folks directly impacted by this tragedy could sleep at night. I cnnot imagine how hard it is for them to close their eyes to sleep and all they see is that horrific scene.

I can't imagine what they must be going through. Those poor people who had to remove the bodies must see that horrendous site every time they close their eyes. I can't even let my mind think in those terms. They all certainly have my prayers.

Horrible. Why would anyone want to hurt kids they don't know. God works in strange ways at times.

Oh, Elizabeth, God gives us free will and this person chose to embrace the evil and turn away from the Light.
